Atlas Build Supply warrants that all materials and installation services provided for each project will conform to the approved drawings, specifications, and samples, and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of Substantial Completion of the building in which the product is installed (the “Warranty Period”).

All warranty claims must be submitted to Atlas Build Supply in writing no later than fourteen (14) days following the expiration of the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Atlas Build Supply will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any defective materials and/or workmanship, or refund the purchase price of the defective materials.

Under no circumstances shall Atlas Build Supply be liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any kind. The remedies outlined in this warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies available to purchasers and are limited to the duration of the Warranty Period.
